Key Enhancements: Critical Improvements on a Classic Design
Optimized for Low-Pressure Fine-Tuning: For its core inch water column (wc) low-pressure regulation ranges, we apply pre-compression stabilization treatment to the regulating spring and optimize the diaphragm response curve. This ensures long-term set-point stability in key ranges such as 9–13 inches wc (22–32 mbar), minimizing drift caused by material stress relaxation.
Consistent Sealing Across Temperature Extremes:
Standard seal performance can vary across the permitted operating range of -29°C to 71°C. We use seal materials with superior wide-temperature adaptability to maintain consistent sealing performance from cold starts to high summer heat, preventing internal leakage.
