Description

Fisher Yarway AT-18/28 Heavy Duty A.T.-Temp Desuperheater
Fisher Yarway AT-18/28 is a heavy-duty A.T.-Temp desuperheater for medium/high-pressure steam conditioning. Fabricated/forged construction makes it easy to match boiler code and material requirements, and it can also be used as a liquid-into-gas injector.

Selection Guide
•Steam conditions: inlet pressure/temperature, target outlet temperature, steam flow range (normal/min/max).
•Spray water: available pressure, temperature, cleanliness/filtration.
•Connection & rating: ASME Class / PN, end connections, space/orientation.
•Control: actuator type (pneumatic), control signal, required response/stability.
【Module A: RFQ Required Checklist】
Please send these to quote correctly (avoid rework):
•Tag No. / Service / Quantity
•Steam inlet P/T, flow (min/normal/max) & required outlet temperature
•Spray water P/T and available ΔP
•Line size, rating (ASME Class / PN), end connection type
•Material requirement (e.g., F22/F91), boiler code requirement (if any)
•Actuation/control requirement (pneumatic, accessories)
Applications
•Main/aux steam desuperheating in power & process plants
•Boiler bypass / pressure-reducing + temperature control stations
•Liquid-into-gas injection duties where alloy materials are preferred
Project Support
•Model confirmation + compatible alternatives (if lead time is tight)
•Datasheet cross-check (rating/material/end connection)
•Packing for export + documentation set (COC, packing list, etc.)
【Module B: Pre-Shipment Verification Checklist】
Before dispatch, we verify:
•Nameplate/model & size/rating match PO
•Material/trim/ends match confirmed datasheet
•Accessories list (actuator, positioner, fittings) matches order
•Visual check: threads/flange faces/protection caps, packing integrity
•Photo set provided for buyer approval (upon request)
FAQ
Q1: Can it be used only for steam?
A: Primarily for steam conditioning; it can also serve as a liquid-into-gas injector in suitable materials.
Q2: What pressure classes are typical?
A: It supports high-pressure ranges such as ASME B16.34 Class 900–2500 (and PN 160–400).
Q3: What do you need for a fast quote?
A: Use the RFQ checklist in Module A—steam conditions + spray water details are the key.
