What You’re Getting
The 3144P accepts two independent sensors — RTD, thermocouple, mV, or ohm — and can run them in hot backup mode. If the primary sensor drifts or fails, the transmitter switches to the backup instantly and flags a maintenance alert via HART diagnostics. There is also a sensor drift alert that compares the two readings and warns you when they diverge beyond a configurable threshold. Accuracy is ±0.10°C for Pt100 RTDs with transmitter-sensor matching (Callendar-Van Dusen constants). Field-mount or DIN rail housing. This is the transmitter you spec when the process cannot tolerate an unplanned shutdown.
